Stacey Schneider(aka Chief Sparkplug), brings over 15 years of global product marketing and consultant services experience. Stacey’s experience crosses both large and small software and technology companies – including Bell South, Embratel, Nokia, Hyperic, LoopFuse, and Siebel Systems.

Prior to forming Silicon Spark, Stacey led marketing and community management for open source software provider Hyperic. She also held various positions at CRM software pioneer Siebel Systems, including Director of Technology Product Marketing and Senior Principal Consultant in the professional services division in the U.S. as well as London and Rio de Janeiro. Prior to Siebel Systems, Stacey worked at Unisys Corporation as consultant in the commercial consultancy practice, overseeing the implementation of Siebel and Oracle technologies.

Stacey received her BS in Economics with a focus in International Business from Pennsylvania State University.


Joanna Duff, with nearly a decade of internet marketing delivery experience, Joanna leads the delivery of many types of projects including marketing messaging, marketing & sales automation campaigns, as well as web site architecture, development & implementation.

Joanna's experience includes formulating and executing marketing strategies, developing sales processes and sales structures, implementing creative sales strategies to meet specific sales goals, and sourcing strategic relationships with go-to-market channel partners. Joanna's experience in client relations, sales and marketing brings a unique combination of creative and analytical skills to the Silicon Spark team. Joanna works with web development/content management systems and has extensive knowledge of web analytics and social media solutions.

Joanna holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
